In order to facillitate more overseas Chinese experts and more high-end demands from domestic organizations and companies to participate in the annual Guangzhou OCS event, the Guangzhou OCS Office carry out such a research to advice for the time of OCS in the mass of overseas experts and domestic organizations, and we appreciate the grand support and active feedback from those who receive this questionaire. (Background:Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology, OCS for short, was established in 1998. Advocated by overseas scholars, the first OCS was held after Christmas and the opening time last for 10 years.1-9 sessions was held in Dec 28-30. The 10th Session was held in Dec 26-28.)
